This cottontail was reluctant to leave the yard she was visiting due to all the snacky variety under the bird feeders. So, I got this

ReplyDeleteLast year, a cottontail sat in the same spot in our yard so long, I ran out to see if it was dead. But it finally ran away when I was a few feet from it. Weird bunny

Very pretty little creature! I know they can be a pest but my heart always lifts when I see rabbits in the wild. (We live not far from 'Watership Down' - could that be the reason??)
