'At sunrise everything is luminous but not clear.'

On an early morning last November we watched the sun come up over one of the many lakes in the Minnesota Boundary Waters area

and the sky turn into this:

    I have recently started having a fascination with the sky... all the moods, the architecture of the clouds, the colors.. the light.

    One day, I hope to integrate my new found fascination in my paintings.
