ha, winter-- I laugh in your face!

Today we have sunshine and though I might be tempting fate by posting these reminders of our record breaking winter, here are some reds that showed up in the snow.

Visit Mary's meme Ruby Tuesday for lots more reds to savor.

Spring is when you feel like whistling even with a shoe full of slush. Doug Larson

oh, how I love that quote. the weatherperson just last night was telling of a storm that's now out in the Pacific that could be our "last snowstorm of the season". I simply don't know what to feel. have a great day Mary Ann! love your photos, and the attitude.

Yepp, I agree, laugh old king winter in the face. He is dying any day now.
Stunning reds in the white snow showers.
My poor Mom had snow falling even today.
I keep telling her; spring is here anyway.

Hi there. Thanks for dropping by my blog today and leaving a comment! I don't envy you still fighting the snow storms. Truly. I remember the days of growing up in Wisconsin - winter seemed to stay forever... :)

I don't mind looking at winter, as long as I know it's not forever. Spring is coming along.

Red is such a cheery colour and shows up particularly well on dull, cold days.

We were in the ER the night of the first BIG snow of winter (or last snow of 2010)and one of the nurses was commenting on the # of heart attack victims brought in .. she said ''every idiot was out shoveling and they are ended up here, the ones that didnt they'll find when the snow melts''
