I had the good fortune of being able to walk under blue skies and sun instead of pouring rain for a change. Along the way I had wildlife pose for me. This young buck is one of two that come farther up the hill to our bird feeders looking for a free meal. The delight du jour here was tree.
Dandelion and visitor soaking up the sun.
Here are two Canada geese raising a ruckus on top of condos across the street from us. Territorial issues I'm guessing.
Happy Wednesday from Anytown, Minnesota!

Hi Noni
I always love seeing what you're sharing with us. The salmon color on that azalea is wonderful I can see why you look forward to its bloom every year. At first glance I thought it was a Japanese Maple tree - it has the graceful form. We've had loads of rainy days here but I think the pattern is about to change. With a snow-less winter the rain was welcome in the eyes of the farmers. My brother has all his corn planted and most of the beans. I love the new look here. happy day to you Noni. always a pleasure.

Hahahaa....love the geese!
Glad the sun finally came out for you! Nothing better after a long bout with the rain...
Sweet evening!

Hi Noni,
There is something about dandilions an buttersflies that just yells "summer!".
I would if there is some particular element in the soil that contributes to that particular azalea color.
