Today's Flowers amid wintertime

Flowers from an earlier, more colorful time on my little slab garden. Sweet remembrance as we now have snow on the ground from a storm yesterday.

In the bleak midwinter, frost wind made moan,
earth stood hard as iron, water like a stone;
snow had fallen, snow on snow,
snow on snow, in the bleak midwinter, long ago.
Christina Rossetti

By far one of my favorite winter colors. I love the words. This is a beautiful arrangement. James Taylor's has to be my favorite! Happy belated Thanksgiving.

Your beautiful flowers are a fresh sight on a snowy winter day. Beautiful music, too. Loreena McKennitt is one of my favorites. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Hi, Noni!
You have a small, but wonderful garden, at this time, because the winter is coming.
Great post!
