Noni, when I was reading the Charlie Brown quote on your sidebar - I first saw the eggplant. I thought one of the things you like to stare at were eggplants. I like eggplants so much I buy them just to stare at them. Now I sound like a complete nut - I bought a blown glass one - because I could never cook them fast enought.
