The only reflection that seems to be happening this time of year is in my head** so I was tempted to re-visit spring while I was up there (in my head). I took this photo at Como Lake in late spring last year when the wood ducks had returned, the ice had melted and buds were on the trees. Bliss of a rare kind can be found in reflections. Visit James' meme Weekend Reflections. for more.
**I read and walked for miles at night along the beach, writing bad blank verse and searching endlessly for someone wonderful who would step out of the darkness and change my life. It never crossed my mind that that person could be me. Anna Quindlen

What beautiful reflections. This looks like a wonderful place, and I would imagine that the spring season is amazing there. Kathy
Lovely photo and words Noni. Winter seems so long and cold this year. Ah for spring and riding my bicycle. Soon...
I gave you an award and a link. Please do not feel obligated to carry out the laundry list of obligations!

And Noni reflects well too. That is one beautifully captured reflection! Thanks for the escape from winter blues :)

I've noticed that many bloggers are tired of posting their snow photos and are digging into the archives for summer shots. What a winter we have all had (some more than others), but even here in the southwest the snows have come more frequently than usual!
The winds are up here in southern New Mexico, and that means that spring is on its way. I have even seen some daffodils blooming and will soon post those pictures on my blog. Spring WILL arrive!!!!
I miss Anna's weekly NY Times column .. and what a lovely photo reminder spring is really not that far off .. not that far off ..keep repeating til you believe
splendid pic love Quindlen
