Same gate but two different seasons,
.
months apart from each other. Open more gates at ABC Wednesday here.

now that's contrast. I like them both, and I like both seasons. and I really like your photo of the morning glory. first year I didn't plant any and I'm sad about that but I have yours as a substitute. happy day to you Noni.

I love this post, in no small part because I have a real thing for photos of gates! (Yeah, I'm a little different, lol) I love both photos, showing the contrast of the gate in two very different seasons. And although I'm fan of winter (told you I was a little different!), my favorite of the two is the summer one, with that gorgeous honeysuckle growing on it.

Btw, I had to take care of some business at City Hall yesterday, and the last name of the man who waited on me was "Peacock," and that made me think of your blog! :-)

What are those flowers called? I snapped a shot of them growing on a trellis on The High Line ...

Gorgeous gate, but I'm partial to the honeysuckle-clad summer style!
