that same ole' sky

Two different views of the same sky from inside the botanical gardens I visited in St. Paul last week. On the left is a bird's eye view from the new rainforest exhibit called Tropical Encounters.
The sky's reflection falls on a lovely fountain statue is from the Sunken Garden's winter flower show.
See more sky views here.
Happy Friday!

It's so great to have a place to visit plants when you're getting sick of winter!

I love the unusual angles (mental and physical) that your photos embrace.

Woa! That last picture caught me by surprise......I thought it was a skinny dipper at first glance! See, I have no artistic gifting at all!!!

Poor lass she'll catch her death of clod like that. Beautiful images. Can't help think about Manx myths when I see her.

Beautiful takes on the theme, Noni. Nice to have access to such a fine botanical garden as that, especially in winter. Have a great weekend!

Fascinating shots. The bird is so cute, and the reflection of the sky is superb!

I really like the first photo of the sky, great shot, unusual.

Thank you for visiting my blog and your comment. The forest photo was taken in Adelaide, the horrific fires were in Melbourne. Thanks for asking. A
