just a sweet memory

After a visit to one of our favorite Minnesota breakfast spots,I offer you a glimpse of the *Swedish Sampler* from the Taste of Scandinavia in Little Canada where the Pulla Bread is made into French Toast, the Swedish pancake is ensconced with bananas and strawberries, the red lingonberries are succulent, and the umm, bacon, seems out of place is yummy. They serve lefsa and Finnish pasties too. You betcha!
See more delicious reds for free at Mary's meme, Ruby Tuesday.

The Swedish pancake for me , please!

Umm, that's quite a mixture! However, since some folks here eat kippers and marmalade, how can I criticise? If you're hungry, yummy!

Lefsa and pancakes will do the trick any day here in Norway too.
Yummi!

A little bacon is okay, although I am a bit of Canadian bacon would be a fine alternative. The french toast has a wonderful eggy consistency. A breakfast with the fine blend of fruit and carb seese the way to go!

What a breakfast! I would have an appetite for a bit of the fruit. Well, maybe by 10 am I could enjoy quite a bit. Looks like a wonderful place to spend the morning.

You have just introduced me to a lot of new items I have never heard of. But, they sure look yummy so I am heard to research them so I can surprise my grandkids with a new taste of another country.

Hello Noni !
At this time everyday I drink a bottle of tea to try to lose some weight. No breakfast for me. Just a grappejuice and a boiled egg.
Your breakfast seems very yummy !
