“A lot of people are afraid of heights. Not me. I'm afraid of widths.” Stephen Wright
This is the front of the D'Angelo Law Library where I worked at the University of Chicago. The whole window cleaning process amazed me and made me grateful for a desk job.
See more red buckets at Mary the Teach's great meme, Ruby Tuesday.

Window cleaners fascinate me. I could not do that ... up there ... even with the safety lines ... when the wind comes up ... yeeooooww!

haha @ that quip, I'm afraid of widths too! Window cleaners and rebel artists painting the elevated train tracks are two fascinating tasks out there!

Now that is one scary job.

I like the quote..not afraid of heights, but widths. ;-)

Happy Ruby Tuesday!

Sorry I haven't been visiting as often as I'd like, but I've been

That looks very dangerous, even with red buckets. Red is wonderful, but it can't save you way up there. :))

Thanks for visiting my RT.

Ah, but the finest views in the Windy City are best seen when looking through clean windows. It is a thankless job to wash windows, yet when the urban grime is gone, the spectators are happy. Three cheers for the window cleaners!

Don't look down!
Looking up can be fairly scarey too . . .
I think I'd need more than cheery red buckets to encourage me to do that job for more than half an hour ;-)
